I write twin spirits because we feel like there is so much that people can do to help themselves become better and improve their lives as long as they focus on improvement and are given the right tools to do so. We absolutely love discovering new productivity hacks and ways to help our readers reach their goals – no matter what those goals may be.
I will be the first to admit that I thought a lot of this stuff was kind of “new-agey BS” before I actually sat down and gave it a try. I didnt think that meditation could help me with anything, so I just kind of wrote it off. I kept reading more websites and talking to more people that were all about it and kept talking about how much it helped them move forward in life, so I finally decided to give it a try. At first, I only did it for a week and thought it was a waste of time, but a friend told me that was not long enough and made me commit to 6 weeks, increasing my time up to about 20 minutes per day by the end of the 6th week. It worked really, really well for me and helped me focus and push through boundaries that were previously holding me back.
This isnt just about meditation though – it’s about any productivity hack that I think will save you some time and help you get on with the most important things in your life!
